The employee name Ganesh one of thrid class employee who abuse when the product not delivered on time as well the employee damaged my sofa neither they send employee to repaire neither do anything. They say lot of things when u go to but but they dnt deliver .. I would suggest not to go this shop

It was very bad experience with damro, in the future me and my surroundings will not buy anything from damro. i hope you saw pictures, had uploaded earlier. All damaged products delivered. I purchased tv unit, coffee table and sofa together. Apart from tv unit, all were damaged. Worst sales man mr ganesh halder misbehaved and told whatever you want to do you can do. He Always bluffs and i had to accept all damaged products. Mr Debasish helped me and repaired the products but as a customer why to accept damaged products. Multiple times they have changed my coffee table and every time they used to deliver with some defects. It was last purchase in my life from damro. Please take action. Thanks

The store manager, Ganesh was very courteous and patient in helping us choose the right furniture. He did not get agitated when we were deciding our furniture. Then the furniture delivery came early than expected and last the assembly happened on time. Subroto da came for furniture assembly, very calm person and very efficient. I recommend all to buy furniture from here.
