★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff behaviour is so rude. He will not let you touch the sofa. You cannot seat and decide. You cannot take pictures. You cannot show anyone on video call. Only you can see them and make a decision to purchase. This is not the way customers decide to buy a product. Else we could buy online and not physically visit the stores. There are lot of players around. So i decided to buy from pepperfry which is nearby damro and gives all the facilities which here I was denied. U lost a customer and will loose many in future if this staff continues to work on your store.
