★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a worst experience with damro rajahmundry. The franchisee is not very good enough to speak with .He is not at all pleasing with the customer who comes with a Complaint.
I bought a pure leather Sofa from damro
When I went to buy that Sofa that model was not showcased while all the other models were.
The sales girl told me that the model which I have chosen will be as same as the other models in comfort except the design so we thought it was true
When the Sofa has come the seating area is too small when I went and asked in the showroom about this that Sales girl resigned by that time and the franchisee gave me a very rude answer which is" how can u just believe the sales girl's words and buy the thing"
I couldn't take that answer at all ,when u know nothing about the product u follow the sales person's demo and buy
This is what everyone do.
So please don't just believe their words ask for a demo piece ,experience it and then buy
Because it is our money .
