Best part here is that Mani Sir keeps innovating new ways of exercise and even in a group class has focus on each and every individual.

Original choreography, zumba and yoga classes...are upto the mark...Very decent instructors....flexible timing...Thank u Mani Sir for everything u taught us...that changed my personality completely.....very positive environment. Being with kids encourages me a lot. It's not only my regular dance and yoga class.....its my Happiness Class. All thanks to Mani Sir ???

He has really took a great initiative to teach every age group ranging from children to older adults.
