★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very very unprofessional behaviour from their executives, recently I have faced this. They have taken a booking for servicing, after repeatedly asking about whether they'll remain open on 18th sept as the previous day was Biswakarma puja, their executive Rakesh and suman assured me that they'll provide the service on that day and told me i have to come early at 8am for that and moreover they have noted my booking too, later on when i went there, nothing was open and gatekeeper told me no servicing will be done today. They think that customers has no value of time and money. This has ridiculed me to the utmost level.

Most importantly, they have an empathetic and cooperative attitude towards the problems of the customers. Always providing honest and correct suggestions for the best interest of the customer. Highly recommended!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A very large showroom with a huge varieties of vehicles available...a very efficient authorized yamaha service center providing full service in around 2hrs if pre-booked...good behaviour...has air conditioned waiting room... original spare parts are available too

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service is good and as per standard. But Lazy mechanics, always delays, they roam , chat , work slowly looks like there is no work pressure, no one to instruct and manage them..They are creating a bad image of a good service center..

I arrived on October 26, advanced 1500 Rupees for insurance claim parts, 18 Nov I have submitted my 15v3 because the part has arrived,
One of them named Rakesh took Extra 500 rupees from me for insurance survey in service area,
They said it would take a maximum of 7 days for Bike to be ready,
Today it became 27 Nov but none of it worked...
Very Bad Service...
