★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Please check the rates outside. They are selling it above the normal price. Not even at same rates but increased price.
So there is no DEFENSE DISCOUNT as such. On the other hand you have to pay more.
Saying for AC I enquiry about. Can't say about other but guess other things will also be with same high rates as compsre to public shops.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I purchased a hitachi 1.5 ton rav518hud & whirlpool whitemagic washing machine.
1. Late delivery.
2. Their inhouse AC installers are not even professional technicians, coolcare are their 3rd party for installing AC which pathetic. They don't know even how to connect the inbuilt wire. They have left my AC unable to get it even start. Then after hitachi people came & attach the wire. They don't even have a will to drill or provide you the wooden work or ply work which mentioned in back of their coolcare receipt. They took monay & you can forget about a decent service.
3. After making a complaint against coolcare at darbar traders's ph., lady front office executive stop picking up my call.
I don't recommend for any services comes from darbar traders. You may but stuff from them products are good but services after services, front office response are pathetic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Both GST @18% leived even Samsung refrigerator purchased through CSD. Now no one responding over phone and not picking up landline number. Now SGST amount of Rs 1039.12 to refunded as per your invoice GST/D/CR-592 dated 12-9-2018. How can you charge both GST on CSD item?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very Bad post buying experience. Delivery is not upto mark. Sales person never speak truth, so as to sell their products. They said that they will deliver the product to 3rd floor but delivery boy refused and had to arrange own labourers. Btw the prices at NOT CSD. They give just a small discount on the name of 'Special Price for Defence'. If you ask them the truth then only they will tell you that the shop is not CSD authorised. Once your bill is made, a fish is caught in their trap.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good shop to purchase big electronics. Purchase the Samsung smart TV full hd from here, installation process was free and very smooth and fast. They also provided a small gift by the scratch coupon. Happy to shop from there. But at that time the executives there were too busy or may be shortage of staff and also the payment took a lot of time

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They are cheating customers by given wrong information on prices and once payment is done we are asked to pay more because they informed the wrong price. Very bad service provided by Sham Lal Krishan Lal at Jhajjar store. Instead of helping us they give us more challenges... not at all good and helpfull staff!! We strongly suggest to either close your stores or improve your services!!!
I strongly suggest ppl not to buy from their stores!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They claim that they are selling through CSD but no. Just bought a LG 49' TV from there for ₹56000/- and they said this is the CSD rate. But now when I checked on amazon it is of ₹46000/-. Just imagine if amazon is selling at 9k less what will be the price in CSD!? And one more thing you need to get your CSD card swiped before purchasing from CSD but they just take photocopy of your canteen card just for the satisfaction of customer that they're giving you on CSD price. BEWARE, THEY'LL CHEAT YOU!
