★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Its a good gym but with time they have stopped cleaning yoga mats and the free weights. The only issue is the Ac. Even though there are 7 Air conditioners installed, they don’t allow to switch on more than two Acs at a time which makes it really hot. Already there are too many people and no ventilation so it makes it suffocating for the people to workout properly. Other than I don’t have any issues. No matter what, it has a good vibe. Can’t complain more.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wanted to join the gym with my husband (couple package) & I had gone twice to check it out (once by myself and once with my husband), so we were pretty serious. We were very clear about our requirement - we needed a gym that opened at 6am to which they said yes its open but on Sundays open half day only till 1pm.
After several discussions, we told them we would take a trial on Sunday and we landed there at 6.30am but it was not open, so we took our walk & came back at 9.30am - it was not open. We came back at 11am by car - It was not open. Next Sunday we landed there at 9am - it was not open. We were still contemplating whether or not to join, when I received a call from them asking why we have not taken membership. When I told him that it was closed both Sundays, he just refused to listen to me - rude! First he said you should have come at 1pm, it was open! Despite me telling him that we came back twice and next Sunday also it was closed at 9am - he insists it ALWAYS opens at 7am on Sundays and not 6am and that this was told to my husband & I clearly. And then he goes on to say it was open on both Sundays after 7am and that I am lying and fabricating stories.
What a joke!!! Someone who had gone there TWICE & then wanted to go for a trial, why would I make things up?? We had even agreed to take a yearly massage package X 2 (one for me, one for my husband). Why would I waste so much of my time if I was not serious about it? I wonder what benefit I would get from saying that it was closed both Sundays??
Imagine, we have not even joined and he has the audacity to say that I am lying!!! At this rate, I cannot think about the services if we had taken the couple membership. I called up their reception & requested for owner number to give the feedback but the lady at the counter refused to give it to me. Made all sorts of excuses. My honest review: They are unprofessional, not truthful and its in your interests to avoid this gym.
To add - the ACs were off when my husband & I had gone to check it out at around 12noon. We asked them why - they said its because there was only one person in the gym & he had requested it to be put off.
