★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This building is 45years old one of the famous building at nepeansea road, has excellent view of sea and has one of the biggest playgrounds in whole area and plenty of parking, and near the building there is a old iconic structure school for girls called walsingham house school, it looks like palace this building called dariya mahal has two wings A and B both are old buildings but flats are huge and the security is good and place is very safe.
