Your thumper will receive good care and you will receive an earful if you've not been caring to it. If there are complicated works to do you will get a detailed explanation and a demonstration of the issue that needed solving.
As bullet people we tend to become friends with our mechanics. Mr Pradeep is a very good friend to have.
