Their hotel's category and the locations are not at all good which they provide.
I literally was about to book another hotel during this trip.
I would recommend all to avoid this agency.
Though their tour managers are good and try to convince you in every step, still choice is yours whether to go or not.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited Kashmir with Darsan travels dated 17th April to 29th April . Out of 13 days, 4 days were spent enroute.The enroute planing definitely has scope for improvement as it involved multiple change in transportation , certainly not well planned by the agency. The trip arrangements were more or less satisfactory . The attending supervisors and cooks were humble, understanding and cooperative. Homely up to the mark arrangements.There were few shortcomings we discussed with the attending supervisor as feedback, if those are taken care of .. the trip experience would be furthermore well planned and well executed.Overall a good and safe trip within budget.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have travelled recently to Kashmir with my wife.Not up to the mark at all and my request to the travel agency to make some improvement at the below points.
1. Hospitality - Behaviour of the cook and other person quite good and humble. Distance of the hotel and the kitchen area is far away in some areas and we have to walk just to have food.
2. Hotel arrangement - Not at all good..Please check the reviews of the hotels before booking.
3. Transportation - Very inconvenience between the train timings as we have to wait a lot.
4.Food Quality - Very good.But try to provide local food as well.
As per my experience apart from food and behaviour of the people everything you have to improve alot.
