★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Darwesh Bartan Bhandar (there are 2 shops with the same name this review is specifically for the shop immediate next to KN Khanna opticals). My family and my relatives had been a customer of this shop since past 40 to 45 years, but now the shopping experience in this particular shop has turned to be a nightmare. The owner is very rude- he is very sweet n soft spoken while shopping from their shop after service is the worst. Even on asking for the receipt for the purchase he didn't gave the receipt. By mistake I had made double payment for the purchase done, later when informed him with all the evidences (bank statement) of double payment the owner is delaying it. Its 12th day today and since the day of purchase I had visited the shop 3 to 4 times and tried calling him several times but the issue is not yet resolved.
