Only thing is you should have a lot of time to roam around and look for your desired books and novels. Its only open on Sunday , do remu this before scheduling your day out here.

For the first timer, I recommend that you wander a bit observing the book stalls checking whether they have the kind of books that you're looking for. Do not go overboard on seeing a book being sold at half its cover price. There is a good possibility that you can buy it for cheaper a few stalls down the line. Always bargain. Try to watch a few hardened regulars negotiate with the seller before you proceed to buy. Some shopkeepers know their stuff very well, but most have little clue of the value of their books. It isn't unheard of to find a first edition copy among a collection of Mills and Boons say. So buckle up and dig deep into those tomes and rest assured that someone there has the book that you're looking for at a very cheap price.
PS: Just so you don't end up like me, make sure the Sunday you go doesn't fall before any major holiday.
