★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Paldi branch of Das Khaman. I went there on Republic Day to take back home their famous Vati Dal Khaman and Tam Tam Khaman. The space is pretty large to accommodate crowds. The staff was really cooperative and well mannered. Khaman were made fresh in front of our very eyes. The taste was really amazing. Apart from Khaman, they are famous for Khandvi, Sev Khamani, Navtad Samosa and Sandwich Dhokla.
Dine in here is available, so if you want a quick Gujarati snack, this is the exact place.
Ordered 500g Vati Dal Khaman + 250g Tam Tam Khaman. Price: 220 Rs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A 100 year old Das khaman is shop of Desi Gujarati snacks like khaman, dhokla, Sev khamni , Patra , buffvada, fulvadi, samosa and a lot more spicy, crunchy and tangy breakfast.
They make Khaman from freshly ground channa daal or channa gram flour. Some of the main ingredients used in baking khaman are lemon juice, semolina, and curd. A final tadka can be added, using ingredients such as asafoetida and chillies. With all this they also have green fudina chutney which adds tangyness with spicyness.
My personal favourite is Tam Tam Khaman which are too spicy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very slow and unresponsive service. Other branch services are much better compared to this one. Unprofessional staff and management compared to other branches. Taste was also not that good like other franchises. Lot of improvement needed.
