Main attraction of Varanasi is ghats and the best ghat is Dashashwamedh Ghat. Its very clean, well maintained ghat in Varanasi.
Visit the ghat in the morning time. Take a bath in holy Ganges. The cool, calm Ganga ji will refresh your mind and body. Enjoy the morning vibe of the ghat with a hot kulhad chay in hand.
Take a boat ride (its very cheap, 50Rs) to the other side of Ganges. Take some nice pictures of the ghat. The golden yellow shaded temples and ghat in the rising sunshine will be remembered till your last breath.
Must watch the Ganga aarti in the evening which is a joyful experience. The main Ganga aarti spots are Dashashwamedh ghat and Assi ghat.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What an amazing place! Varanasi's most well-known ghat. Arti is incredible. Mantras will be chanted all around you, and you will feel magnificent and graceful. Arti generally begins around 6:30 p.m., but arrive early to ensure a spot as it will be crowded. From the boat, you can see Arti as well. For a single person, a boat normally costs 100rupees. Never seen anything like it before. Never miss this ghat once you are at Banaras

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautiful place. We took a nice boat ride there. You can easily get wheel chair service for senior citizens.
This ghat has a beautiful view.
Here u can directly go and ask for a ride. It will cost u around 2500 for a family. And if you go for a shared one, it will cost u 250 per person.
Dont go by hotel’s booking bcoz they have their commission.
Also u can get a boat with roof, and little more luxurious at around 5000 rs.

This is the most prominent ghat and a tourist planning to visit Varanasi must consider Dasaswamedh ghat as the first preference for stay. Although the roads and lanes are too narrow for a vehicle to enter for dropping or picking up. But the main road is at a walkable distance only and can be managed by one and all provided there isn’t any health issues or physical disabilities. All pick up and drop facilities are available from the main road only.
