Multiple non sensible excuses and time wasting tactics. Unprofessional staff and careless management. Please avoid visiting!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Doesn't even deserve 1 Star, worst service, Unreliable, Unskilled Technicians, Service Executive's are unhelpful in any case, if technician doesn't know how to solve the issue than they take that part to local Mechanic's to fix that part, i have seen this with my eyes, and i have took picture of that. Will never recomend this SVC to anyone who is Bike enthusiast, who want work clean, Thanks!
Bikes sales Showroom is Pretty Good, but the Service Center is Worst! Unreliable!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor communication with customers, not cooperating, I called more than 5 times to branch manager luckily I caught him on call while talking disconnected call and he never call back.
The way he is talking like rude anyway I wanted to buy activa 125 but still I'm confused

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bike servicing is done well but scooters charge more in servicing. Especially when it comes to oil change, they charge more for gear oil and do not change oil. Spare parts are original but duplicate the accessories and charge for the original.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor customer service. Customer relationship counter is a joke. The assistant general manager is very rude. Hopefully honda franchise does something about it. Also for servicing the que is so much but the personnel to attend very less. Very time consuming process
