Dashrath makes exercising fun and also interesting – explaining what we’re doing and why, He is a professional athletes(5 times national gold medalist and 1international gold medalist) and a best trainer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is the best place in Silvassa and in South Gujarat where in you can do workout outdoors. The main Coach Mr. Dasrath is super professional friendly trainer who understands what you are going through and guides you accordingly on how to loose your weight and be fit. The timings are 5-9 am in the morning and 5-9 pm in the evening, so it is comfortable timing for the working people. There is special kids training in the evening from 5-9 pm. There's special trainer for the women also. So in all a perfect place where in you can stay fit enjoying the environment and not just sticking to dumbles and treadmills in the gym. I myself have lost around 10kgs. So I can assure you the class and dedication of the trainer towards you.
