★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Daskaka, origin of Bhatha village and famous for their product viz: tikhi kani. When we were studying in college, we used to purchase kani from Daskaka's only shop. In short it was familiar as Bhatha kani and daskaka were the only producer of Bhatha kani.
With change of time, everything has got changed. Thereafter many peoples have plunged into this tikhi kani business and later on some merchants have made their patent snatching the labourers from the original merchant, who are aware of the actual ratio for preparation of kani.
Daskaka is the original brand for Bhatha kani and I am sure nobody should compet daskaka in preparation of original test of kani and other products.
Old aged peoples who have tested Bhatha kani and other products of daskaka will never go for the others products.
