Kindly verify the Dental technician certificate very carefully. Because, large number of unqualified dental technicians are working throughout India and now they are working in GCC countries including UAE . It must be the failure of your verification system.
As per Indian dental standards a dental technician must have a Dental Council of India registration as 'Dental Mechanic ' . So kindly enquire about the Dental Council of India's registration certificate at the time of dental technician's verification. (References : Dentist act 1948 by Dental Council of India, Course regulation of Dental mechanic 2008 by DCI, Attached notification by DCI )

1. Pay you 11 K if you're fresher and 21k if you have experience of 3-5 years. ( The freshers get salaries what they're offering to experienced employees)
2. Due to some reasons you joined this organisation, don't hold back just try to find some other place as this organisation only gives you hike for 500 Rs per year LOL which is a joke.
3. Don't look for growth here. They have system of not promoting and giving hike to people'.
4. Top management think employees are slave and on calls they only pretend they're so worried for employees but reality is totally opposite.
5.HR here is failure don't have any Power.
Join at your own RISK if you want to ruin your life and career.
