Harassment.
Cheap mentality company
Works for penny dollers project.
No food canteen
No proper precess

Note below points before joining.
-Management will play with ur Career and life. Top mgt don't follow ethics.policies will b there on papers not on implementation.they will terminate you without any reason.(harassment and mental pressure)
-Shift Allowance will be included in ur CTC.(not seen in any organisation). See breakup of CTC before joining. Around 2.5L will be added as part of CTC which you don't get.
-Ur not allowed to take personal/sick leaves. (we have to plan and inform in advance if ur taking sick leaves also(even for health issues)).
-U will be put in night shifts for 7-8 continuous days. (in a month u may be in night shift for 10 days also)
-Shift lead will not help you in any way. They will assign all critical/ escalation tasks to you. They don't consider whether you know it or not.(don't expect help).
-leave policy is worst(u will be working on public holiday [ for which compoff will be given with validity of 3months and manager don't allow you to take the compoffs (will be lapsed after 3months), so it's like ur working extra days to the company without any pay by sacrificing ur festival/gov holidays and valuable personal life).
At last it's your decision to join or not.
All reviews with 4&5 * are given by Internal management teams. So ignore those and decide after reading above points.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It all depends on the project you are in. Just because you are working in top level company does not mean all the projects in it are good. I joined before 7 months and I'm still working here. Love my team. Can't expect better project. So I'm rating 5 stars
