This is responsibility for that institute to provide parking area for students/aspirant..
Whenever any institute has been established by govt or pvt sectors, then it should be provided basic requirements like...fire point, drinking water, parking area , bathrooms ,washroom by that organization.
Today parking charge is taken, in future they will take drinking water charge ,toilet charge....
Is it correct? No...
But Corruption is going on in OCBT IT services.

DAV College is good so it's intermediate shall also be good.
It has a separate playing field which is good . The campus is big. Classes structure are good, big rooms for more comfortable and peaceful study. Each class has windows. I think NCC is also available here.
