★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst jewellers I experienced till date. Their sales staff cares least about long term customer relationship.Once they sell ,they don't even care to listen to customer grievances. They behave like door to door sales men who by the end of day count on the volume of their sales and care damn about customer experience . Will never ever recommend this store .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you selling your gold, make sure you check their calculation in detail.. They try to overcharge at every single step. Also, make them to check gold quality in your presence. Else they will calculate price on less quality (like -7 karat of actual quality)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst customer experience.. they force you to buy their jewellery saying that it wont break, it will be strong but within few months they get cut. When we visit them with grievances they say statements like, " If we tell that it will break you wont buy so we wont say such things". Half knowledge
Staff who dont serve the customers unless it involves you buying new jewellery and basically lie to you to purchase their jewellery.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This Davanam Jewellary was one of the worst Jewellary shop .I had placed an order for aring with one pearl incorporated in itfor 4.140 gram.The pearl was also purchased from the same shop i.e ( around 3.8 carat which will be around 0.76 gram weight approx)and I had paid around Rs.1700 for it.The ornaments price shud be calculated excluding the pearl i.e 0.76 gram as we have purchased and given to incorporate in it.But while they they are billing they are charging price for entire weight of the ornaments i.e gold including pearl in it(i.e 4.140 gram instead of 3.38 gram).They are over charging and highly unprofessional.They claim that they are giving discount and adding the same as wastage and making charges.They are charging around 17 percent Making charges for a normal ring.I request each one of u never ever visit this shop.If u visit it is a blunder and not mistake. It was a wrong choice to enter Davanam jewellery in commercial Street which i shud not have done it.
