★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to Agra from Delhi and on someone's recommendation, went to this shop. Bought this pair of shoes on 23rd Sept and wore them only twice. The sole actually came off. Spoke to the shop owner and they promised to replace the pair . I couriered them the faulty pair on 30th Sept but haven't yet received the fresh one. no one is even responding to msgs or calls. Pathetic quality

Used the other 2 pairs for abt 2 yrs and I must say, I quite like them. Maybe the defective pair was a mishap but overall, I think 2/3 pairs worked quite well so reviewing my review from 1 star to 4. After all, it's the relationship in the long term that matters and not the short term hiccups.. ?
