★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were delighted when this supermarket opened just a stone's throw away from our home. Guess our happiness was short lived. Whenever we have ordered home delivery it's fine but on 2occassions today&around 4days ago the staff@the billing counter seem very un cooperative rude non compliant&very impolite....One guy just kept clucking@the counter disgruntled while making the bill its not the customer's fault if the filling in of the details of the pricing is not done properly into their computer...... He kept taking forever to do the billing....
Today there were 3people@the counter 1just walked off saying it's Monday&he is done with his duty. The other just paraded up&down&the 3rd girl didn't know how to do the billing kept me waiting for just 3items that had to be repeated in the billing as it was the same product but just had to be multipled by 3.
May I add the managers are very polite ready to help but unfortunately didn't see him these days. It's a prime location store well stacked but with staff not up to the mark it's sad. It's like a school with best infrastructure but if the teachers are not dedicated the product that is the student is not up to the mark. It's a team work!!

Not very spacious but has a wide range of products including medicines, soft drinks, all sort of FMCG products like a range of pasta, cookies, ice cream, soaps, tea, coffee, chocolates also bakery products like bread, cakes, pastries, etc. It's the only store in the lane so it is most of the times crowded. Service is quick & all covid norms followed sincerely.
