★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the best place for late-night cravings. I would recommend this place in case if you want any groceries late at night. They are best in delivery and keeping hygiene as they sanitize the hands and product along with maintaining social distancing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you are having food at their place it’s very good. Taste is good, sitting arrangements are best but when it comes to delivery it is not good at all
I order cold drink and a drink around 3:15AM, person said he’ll send it and call me back but I haven’t got any call as well as the order. Then I called back around 4:15 after one hour person said there were more orders that’s why it couldn’t deliver. And when I said deliver it now then I got to know the drink I ordered it was not available then I had to cancel the order which originally was not placed at all. So my suggestion is if you need something go there and get it otherwise you’ll not get it on time and not even sure you’ll get it or not.
Rest services are best.

The service is extremely bad and we've been to this place a couple of times but this visit made us rethink any good will we have for them.
Explaining our experience in detail -
1. We ordered online but we decided to pick it up since it was taking way too long to deliver
2. They messed up our order specifications and made us wait additionally for more than 30 mins.
3. Due to the online delivery problems they advised us to cancel the order and pay again at the store without preinforming that the order bill would increase by more than Rs 150 which is 40% more than the original bill. On insisting they gave us a marginal 10% off
4. We contacted them through their number given online to discuss about delivery to which no one picked up initially and afterwards we got incomprehensible messages as if it was for their personal account
5. Initially it was a pre paid order which we cancelled and we paid again through online mode again. Although. The bank showed debited, their card machine showed time out which is why they didnt accept our payment and we had to pay AGAIN by card.
6. After the online mode showed payment confirmed we contacted them for a refund to which we were treated as if it was our fault.
7. There was no communication between the manager and the cashier as the cashier was arguing whereas the manager was saying he'll refund the next day. I told him that he doesn't need to worry as I wont write a bad review (he reemphasised and offered me deals for the same which I rejected). As soon as I said this the entire staff treated us with disrespect.
8. When we asked for the supervisor's number he gave us the number of his colleague.
9. When we asked for the store owner's number he gave us the Dsp Delhi's number saying that it is the owner's with a very disrespectful tone.
We have never felt so cheated by a place and this is the first time we are ever giving a bad review to any place. But we felt like it was the least we could do to get some sort of justice. The service is extremely bad and disrespectful.

They have a trick to charge you twice and they would never refund.
Manager and the owner are arrogant and just would not talk to you.
All good reviews that you see here are fake and not genuine.
I would recommend you to come here only if you want to pay TWICE and you have plenty to shell out.

The taste was the same as original Amritsari kulcha.The night time delivery was on time, if i get this instant food service at night time, i would prefer ordering every night. I am planning a Amritsari Kulcha party at night with my friends.
