Interacted with Krishna who came home within 20 mins of the request for sample collection for a full blood test.
Skilled at extracting the blood sample as was able to locate and extract from the otherwise hard to see vein in the arm from elderly patient in the first try itself.
Reports were sent via mail by 1800 the same day. Will recommend.
