★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am very disappointed today with the behavior of Dayal's Successors. My family and friends have been purchasing various day to day items for home from past 20 years.
I have placed an order on 3rd May 2021 using their website since they started a home delivery service. But we never received our order until 8th May 2021 even after numerous calls and emails.
On the evening of 8th May 2021 I had a word with one of the owners of confectionery unit and they told me we are not delivering and website is not working I can see your order I will get It packed and you can pick on 9th May 2021.
When I reached today I.e. 9th may. I asked couple of people about my order and I was hopping from one shop to other. A young gentleman standing near the counter said your order has been cancelled and we dropped an email. I questioned him are sure? To which he replied yes aapko bol toh dia ni hai samaan.
Now, I told him I have received a call yesterday and someone from the shop confirmed and packed it. Then he started talking rudely his elder brother came into the Conversation and then his father and the argument went on for 25 minutes blaming me being a customer.
Apologising by shouting doesn't make you a bigger person, I felt threatened as there were 50+ workers there, and of the worker told me sir ye aise he hai aap car mai chalo mai apka samaan le k ata hun.
IT'S A SHAME! A RELATION OF 20 YEARS HAS BEEN VANISHED BY AN AMATEUR WHO DON'T EVEN KNOW HOW MUCH EFFORT IT TOOK TO ESTABLISH SUCH AN EMPIRE. I FEEL VERY SORRY FOR THE OWNERS IF THE NEXT GENERATION IS LIKE THAT BETTER START WORKING ON THEM.

I have attached picture of the perfume for owner's reference.
Your team has sold this perfumed by saying that the fragrance will stay long for whole day and to be honest does not stay more than 4 hours. (Don't make fake commitments)
This perfume i have used only twice or thrice, if you want this to be returned to you so let me know that too.
Overall, i am feeling like wasted 1700 on this product.
