And not so good food available

2. All groceries shops and ATM's are nearer from this place
3. Little expensive for average middle class family.
4. I personally recommend only to those who can afford it's little high prices .
5. Rooms are average or not that much space for 2 seater room.
6. Electricity bill and gas charges are excluded from the room rent . Electricity charges are added as much you used Units of it .
7. Safe for girls.
