Clear your misconceptions - it was not a month, it was just 6 days that i have booked that set.
Secondly you didn't tell us about the policy
Thirdly we didn't ask for a refund. That was a readjustment we asked for that too in a humble tone. The way you have talked to my mother was very rude and unacceptable.
Whatever it is. Of course you will defend yourself and lie on a public platform but that is my personal review and feedback towards your pathetic behavior . Money is secondary.

I have been to the dazzles at Lucknow which is also great:)
