★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am a NRI customer and have been finding for the past four years, services of this bank is the worst of all the banks that I am doing similar business with. Their RM never replies to my mails. Funds are lying in investment houses and I get the notices about it from the investment houses to claim funds instead of the funds going to my account in DBS as directed by me to the RM. Because I need to click at least one star to mail this letter so I am clicking one star but services at this branch are less than a QUARTER star.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Third class bank to work with it just has a big name DBS it's good for nothing process trainer Vivek Nair doesn't have the manners to talk to a newly joined employee not supportive at all. HR is least concerned for leaving the job.

Very smooth & easy to use mobile application. Facility available for 10 non DBS ATM transaction on debit card in a month. No extra charges for money transfer.
