★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been getting my Hatch Ford Figo for past 5-6 years and found DC Car Wash doing their job excellently with consistency. Majority of the time its Pick and Drop. But at times whenever I've personally visited, have my personal experience very good staff and the Proprietor Mr. Bhaskar Pandya himself is a GEM of a person with down to earth attitude.
I would personally recommend to avail DC services to experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you agree I am your customer from the past three years and still if I am giving you this rating, that means you don't know how to retain customers. And this is not the first time I'm complaining. It's just first time I am putting it out so that people know. You very well know there have been times your staff has not cleaned the car properly and yet I have paid you in full. Most of the time you are not even available at the workshop to see what your employees are upto. You didn't even have the professional courtsey to apologise or atleast give a discount. One time I gave you my car and it came back with a noise in the AC and you put it all on me. You very well remember that there was no noise coming from the AC because you drove the car. The noise was so loud that I couldn't turn the AC on and I had to deal with it for a day. You did take the car back and resolve it, but behaved as if you've done me favor. No man, this wasn't a favour. This was your job as there was no noise when I left the car with you. And imagine, when you delivered the car to me, you knew there was some noise yet you delivered it like that. You did not make any effort to resolve the issue even after knowing it was your employees mistake. How would you feel when this happens to you? Now put yourself in my shoes. How would you react if the Car wash agency loses your mat and have not recollection of it? And they don't even bother about it. After all this, I'm sure you'll agree this was a very, very "FAIR" review.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not good. I told clean car from inside and outside. For that they charged 400/-. And cleaned from outside prooerly but inside dust and mud was as it us, polish also not done.... Bad expereience.
