I was renting medical oxygen cylinder but with the growing demand and scarcity of oxygen cylinders due to the pandemic, I decided to rent a Concentrator. Contacted DC Medical Systems and talked to Mr. Debasish Roul. He was kind enough to listen to the requirements and very professional to arrange an O2 Concentrator the very next day even during this period of crisis. DC Medical Systems is really very professional and they have this gem as Mr. Roul.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Totaly unprofessional, they said will send within 2 hours, after 2 hours they said it will take another 3 hours.It is oxygen for life saving!! and they do not care about patient. Lastly said he do not have concentrator!! Not sure why they are playing with people's life.
Shouting on customer would not help much over phone. I have call record .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My father got severely ill with COPD and respiratory disorders in December 2019. The doctor prescribed us to arrange for oxygen concentrator and Bipap machine at hope. Initially we ordered both these devices on rent from DC Medical Systems. Later we bought both of them. I would like to say that during the rent period, as well as after purchase, the best part of DC Medical Systems is their support, service, and help, at any time. With just one phone call they would come to our residence and address any issue that we might be facing. Multiple times Mr. Roul would personally visit our house to iterate and re-iterate the instructions to my parents regarding the usage of the devices. They also gave good suggestion on which model to buy, and I must also say that we bought the both Bipap and oxygen concentrator at a fair price. They would assist happily over the phone, regardless of the time of call. I have no complaint in this almost one year of acquaintance with DC Medical Systems. They are good, and I rate them a 5 star.
