Recently purchased 2 units of HP CS10, wireless keyboard mouse combo. They changed 1600/- each, whereas it is available for 1200/-. Feeling cheated!

After response from DCC Customer Care, contacted them on phone, they assured to resolve it and called to visit the store. Upon visiting to the store, they immediately sorted it out. Mr. Nand Kumar was more than willing to help. Appreciate their responsiveness.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I generally never give a 5 star review as I always think that no place is perfect and there is always scope for improvement. But but but, this place is more than perfect so i was forced to give 5 stars.
I had a Asus Vivobook Gaming Laptop (F571GT-AL318T) which suddenly in one day didn't turn on ofcourse the warranty was expired so the local authorized service centre gave me a quotation of 65k to replace its motherboard and i had purchased the laptop for 64k so after getting a miserable experience at the local service centre in Mumbai i travelled all the way to Pune as my relative had highly recommended this place. I travelled all the way from Mumbai and dropped my laptop at their service centre in DCC mall. There Mr. prashant sir really was quite honest and straightforward and told us they'll try their best to repair my laptop . After a day we just gave a call and they were like your laptop is repaired and started working. I was like in a awe and i still didn't believe so the next day we visited the place and literally my laptop started working as it was. They repaired my laptop in just 3200/- that's it.
Really these guys saved much of my money and time and they have the honesty and skill required for these kinda jobs.
Highly Recommended and Highly Appreciated...

Aarti , my Asus Gaming laptop had wireless issue that's why I couldn't give my online exam , my friend suggests me Aarti's contact and she solved my laptop issue within half an hour by taking remote.Thank you so much Mam.
