★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We went for a family dinner in the resturant. The food was good but the service and the behaviour of staff was extremely poor. We weren't even served water and the plates properly. The waiting time was so long for everytime we ordered anything that food went cold and everyone's hunger died. We were around twenty guests and there was not even one waiter keeping a look at our table. On top of that, they put service charge on the bill without asking and later when we asked for refund they tried to cover it up with their lies. Extremely dishonest manager.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not so good place. They have a roof top bar which plays music in high volume and the beats can be felt 2 floor down inside rooms. There is no soundproofing of rooms. This is budget hotel but still could have improved in service and behavior towards customer. Bathing water is hard water so be ready to spoil your hair. The hotel shutdown their lift in night so be ready to climb 4 floors. Moreover parking here is not less than an adventure

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went here for dinner. They had put extra items on bill and they take 30 mins in removing it. Even after that they gave a wrong bill. Further they did not return us the balance money even after making us wait for very long. Very bad staff and service. Specifically Mr. Ravi is really bad.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I attended the birthday party event, and providing the feedback of 2nd floor hall. Food quality was good all the live counters were severed outside the hall and food was served inside, Only negative about the hall is it's low ceiling height which gives you congested feeling and it ruins your overall experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I won't be exaggerating when I say this, but this hotel is the worst.
I mean they don't have any sense of privacy.
Their bellboy entered my room while I was gone and took the cloth iron machine and that's not where it ends.
They took payment in advance and when my family checked in they didn't provide room.
While checking out they showed in their bills, that I have occupied one more room which I didn't.
So I will highly recommend not to stay in this place..
