★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Flats are of decent size, but that's it. The problem of parking is huge. I lived in this society for over 4 years; the RWA is spineless. They don't take any action on un-authorized blocking of parking by a few residents; non-stickered cars remain in society forever. Theft incidents are pretty common. The flats are quite aged and overpriced but definitely spacious.
