★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the sought after DDA residency in South Delhi. Locality is situated near to two metro stations of Magenta Line (doorstep distance) and Violet Line ( a KM distance). The location of it is amazing and people residing here can easily commute to every part of Delhi NCR within an hour time that too by public transport or personal vehicle. West Delhi is a far thing but with Magenta Line metro it has become nearer having direct metro on the route. Also domestic airport is directly connected with the Magenta line metro.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's very nice society and location also great. Metro station, School (Private & Government), Bus Stop, Shopping Mall(Living Style Mall), Medical Emergency (Apollo Hospital) are available in walking distance.
But Drinking water not available in this area you can buy 20ltr Jar per Day for survive ur life. Otherwise electricity awesome power cut percentage like 10%.

Two minutes walking from shaheen bagh metro station at magenta line
These r multistory building.
Each block have 40 flats, 10 floors.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best place to stay with your family and loved ones. I put up over here and I suggest coz of calm environment, noise free place and clean kne. But a little rusty outside. Can easily move to Jamia, Sarita vihar, blnehru place and Noida if you own vehicle or not. Rent is just a concern a bit high rent if you are a tenant and price high if you are planning to buy. Over all beat place to stay.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My sister lives here & being here gives you a luxurious feeling. The whole infrastructure encircles huge garden. The complete area faces metro-station that imparts Indian tech-upgrade. It's real luck to be a dweller of such a place.
