★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dwarka is very well planned locality......connected to airport and city centre via metro network......many good schools and professional institutes are located here.....wide roads...generally hawkers free footpaths.....open parks.....markets......well laidout township...
Only negative point is footpaths are not wheelchair friendly...found mini parapet at ends....seems to be done intentionally to dissuade motor bikers who love to drive even on footpaths.....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is a big and well managed society. But parking is a big problem here. At least five to ten visitors parking should be given for the visitors. Now every visitor has to park his car outside the society i.e. on the road. Management must notice this thing and do the needful as soon as possible.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the best DDA flats I have ever seen in Dwarka. These are SFS flats and you will only find 2 and 3 bedroom set houses. The houses are big and are well made strong house. If you're interested in buying the prices are approximately starting at around 80-90 lakhs for 2 bedroom sets and 1 to 1.25 crores for 3 bedroom sets. If you're looking for rent then prices start at around 10-12 thousand for 2 bedroom set and 15 thousand for 3 bedroom set.
The location is very good. There are plenty of shops nearby and there is almost all sorts of restaurants nearby. Behind it is a big DDA park. Opposite to the society is the police station. All in all it's a perfect place to live. Yes earlier there was some parking problem but now it has been managed. Bonus: You will never have any issues with water even in the Summers too.
