★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is surrounded by Badli Industrial area, barely any communte is available outside dda flats. Can be risky in night. Less occupied, property value won't appreciate a lot, selling can be a problem. Rent is around 2500-4000 bucks. For EWS.
I exited at Samayapur badli, caught a sharing auto then had to walk around 1.5 km. Later while returning back I caught an auto which dropped us at ring road and from there we caught bus.
I was alloted an LIG flat in Siraspur in 2018, cost was around 18 lacs, I surrendered.
LIG flats were so small that it seemed more of a EWS flat, later dda decided to join 2 LIG flats. No space for Double bed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very small flats. Society is very big and ample of car parking available in a campus but rooms are very small. Ther are LIG flats but if you compareit with other old LIG flats then it look like EWS flats. I have a flat here but there is issue with water supply and due to industrial area surrounding to the society, it is very unsafe and polluted. Road conditions is also worst due to frequent running trucks on that area.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's not good enough but okay good for peoples who want to save money on rent house ,,, good for people who have job near around this location ,,, rent is 3500+ electricity per month and you will get 40 SQ Yard buildup house with two small rooms+kitchen+toilet+bathroom+balcony.
Main problem is entrance road to this location ,,, govt has not made separate Road for residential houses and peoples are using industrial area road , mainly trucks use this road , and that road is in very very very very very very very very very very bad condition , industrial view makes this area really ugly , no garden or green area.
But still DDA flats colony is good because of security + parking + wall covering big boundaries.
Very less possibilities for unmarried guys to get these house on rent.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Located in outer side of delhi and time taking from connecting delhi metro. You have to take Private auto/vehicle or can reach by public transport by changing at multiple places. There is no direct transport. There is located inbetween transport area, you will see lots of truck/transport offices running overtime.
