You Can Find Plenty of Real Estate Lawyers & Document Writer's in this place to help prospective real estate buyers make their agreements and Documentation. The Process for Registration of Agreements has been made easy. A big signage is visible & plenty of parking outside on the main road.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had been visiting DDA Vikas Sadan to convert flat from the leasehold to freehold & found it like any other Government Office otherwise a hype has been created that it is different. Despite general belief that without paying money it is not possible to get the work done, not a single penny, other than official fee is paid to get the flat converted. The entire conversion process is now made online which can only be used by persons having good online computer experience. For common person there is no option but to approach agents who charge hefty amount. If papers are complete (a long list), one can expect approval within 45 days. Once approved, users can get the papers prepared by agent to ensure that everything is complete or can refer, if available already executed lease deed. Take care when buying stamp paper (carefully opt purpose) and paying fee for registration online. Do not forget to take two witnesses & their Aadhar cards (with copy). After approval, if date is not given for paper submission, visit Deputy Director (GH), DDA for which one need to obtain an online appointment, contacting officers on phone is difficult to reach. It gives face to DDA..An office which provides for physical hearing and meeting officials. Now a days physical hearing is closed and people have facility if online meetings. All sales of flats and plots are through e auction. Sufficient paid parking place outside the office. COVID Norms are in place. Security officials are vigilant and courteous.. citizen centric facilities are available
