This my real and honest feedback.
1. Overall cleanness & decoration 30marks out of 100.
2. Food quality 13 marks out of 100.
3. Services only 12 marks out of 100.
4. Waiters dress 15marks out of 100.
5. Manager and organiser response and attention and cooperation towards ceremoney 8 marks out of 100.
6. Airconditioning 20 marks out of 100.
7. Covid protocol 0 marks.
8. Overall experience 14-15 marks out of 100.
In future neither I will go again nor suggest to anyone.
Menu decided and food instructions passed were also not followed.
Rude and impolite staff. Even the basic facilities such as packaged water and coffee was not available. All the time they were having disputes among themselves.
Dreadful experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don't know how people are rating this place. I was there on 8th of may, the owner was really co-operative during the covid time too.... Infact the catering was not from the banquet's side the host had their own arrangements how can one blame them for the same. They made clear that they will be providing services till 10:00 PM and they did their part.

And was shocked to see the condition.
The staff including the manager and the owner were not following the basic hygiene practices of wearing gloves and shower caps, forget about Covid protocols.
The Air conditioning was poor and so was the quality and taste of the food.
Basic amenities like, Packaged water was not available, like who would drink regular water in these covid times.
On the top of that, the owner and the manager were least bothered about the complaints and request of the guest.
Even before the function ended the house keeping staff started cleaning.
"Not gonna recommend or attend any function there."
