★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I started to have severe toothache right before The lockdown due to an impacted wisdom tooth.
Surgeons at Fortis said would it require two surgeries as it would be risky to remove the whole tooth at one go and lead to nerve damage. These would mean a year long process of pain and constant painkillers and recovery followed by another surgery. With the risk that even after two surgery the tooth wouldn’t be removed completely.
When I contacted Dr. Banashree for a second opinion she helped arrange the surgery within two days given the pain I was going through. Also seeing the complexities of the surgery she went above and beyond to request a much much more senior surgeon to operate.
Surgery got done with no hiccups and Dr. has ensured to keep in constant touch through the lockdown to check my well being.
Very few doctors are as genuine and honest. You can blindly go forward and get the treatment for here.

The overall process was very smooth and it was well explained, also whatever was the doubt it was cleared, so do ask if anything in your mind, dr is really helpful and she will not suggest anything if it is really not necessary. The complete procedure was painless and was good for me, as of now there are no issues identified. Also the follow up procedure including the scheduling appointment was good. Thanks
