I always provide my exact address which is also available on Google map,to my senders but they mostly return my parcels to sender back by writing poor address availability and one more thing i never get my post at door step have to collect at their office...

β β β β β Mr. Kamlesh Soni Very arrogant person. instead of delivering the product, he is saying, come and get it if you want. and come only between 10:00 to 11:00 AM. what kind of behavior is this. these type of people should be kicked out from govt. Job.

β β β β β Bad experience but let me help you with my experience.
I didn't receive my parcel and it showed delivered on website. I waited for 2 week, still nothing happened.
Then I called (Mb no. is given on google) to postman (mr.kamlesh soni), he didnt pick call, i sent msg, but no reply.
Finally went to the office (address as on google) at 12 o clock of the day (u will need to ask nearby people to get exact location of the post office, no sign board is there). Office (a room) was closed. People around said it opens only 9:30 to 10:30 morning.
I again went on next day at 9:30,. AgAin closed, waited till 10, then postman came and I got my parcel.
Attitude of the postman : area bahut bda hai,possible nhi hai ghar pe delivery dena, phone nhi utha skte bahut kam hai, reply bhi nhi kr skte, complain krni hai to krdo.
Summary: just go to the post office at 9:45, wait till 10;30, u can get ur post.
