Maybe Loyalty points should be offered for customers opting billing via the Decalthon App. The App reduces the waiting time at physical billing counters.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The urban crowd in India needs no introduction to Decathlon & like any other outlet this one is probably the biggest in Bengaluru.
Had been here numerous times & I would say the major difference seen is with the billing counter. Currently there's a pretty big queue in the billing counter and this eventually is very exhausting.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Being in the turf space, we frequent Decathlon Hennur for our footballs, training equipment, bibs etc. Various options to choose from, friendly on the pocket and quality products. The staff are fantastic too and are always ready to help. Despite the app check out option, the queues are ridiculously long and you can end up waiting for a while if you have a larger order that you don’t want to scan and pay for yourself on the app.

Spacious - The place is quite big but not huge. I have visited other Decathlons which are bigger than this with wider variety.
Variety - They have wide range of products but for every product they don't have a lot of options. When it comes to apparels they have good options.
I was looking for a Barbell Lock which I found here. They have camping gear, bats, footballs, golf kit, archery kit, wide variety of cycles and other equipments.
Quality - Their products in general are of great quality. Even a 99 ₹ Bottle is of great quality and very durable.
Prices - They are expensive in apparels and other sports products compared to other sources but at the same time their quality matches their prices.
Some of the items were also very cheap like the iconic small Quechua bag is at 350 on Amazon and here it was 199.
The Barbell Lock I bought is at 750 in Amazon and 500 here.
They have all sort of camping gear at good prices.
Overall a very good place if you are looking for sports and fitness related products.

I gave 3 star for road as we can feel garbage smell when we passed by. We visited Decathlon store and we had an excellent experience buying and looking at the product and price it has in store. We are visiting on the eve of new year 2022, and also thanks to Stephen for helping us there in store.
