No offer letter will be given even if you work for 10years. You have to beg for the same to HR every time.
Zero paid leaves. No PF or any other additional benefits.
The office politics is so much that you cant even imagine. The old employees will never let you move forward no matter how skilled or hardworking you are.
Abusive language is no new to the site employees and even to the higher level office staffs.
Salary is poor. Increment is done totally on the basis of favouritism and not your output.
Things are done so unsystematically inside organisation. This results in delayed payment to the vendors.
The company owners have struggled a lot to set up this organisation but it will all go in vain if such things are ignored by the management.
Treat your employees right as they are your assets. But this will never happen as from past so many years the employees have been leaving the company with zero benefits and cursing the management for the ill-treatment.

Seniors treat employees as they are boss of the company and wanted to treat them as boss of the company if you have joined in their team especially Mr. Manish agarwal , he always want to treat their favourite as the boss of the company and also him as boss which cannot happen because director is the boss who pays you. Mine experience is very very bad. So guys please be careful and don't apply in this company. If you take leave then they will deduct. Partiality is very much.
