★ ★ ★ ★ ★ These guys are big time fraud. They don't have any experience of this field. Just did the MBA and started this company. There only objective is to extract money from you and once they will receive the money then they will show there real face.
They will neither deliver the products nor they will return the money. Both Gurjeet and Raksha are just making fool of people and filling there pockets.
Fraud, Fraud, Fraud, Fraud. Thats the only word that describes Decor99 owners Gurjeet and Raksha.
Don't get fooled with the stuff that they have in there shop because they themselves have ordered this from Sector 9 Noida.
They used to tell that there factory is in Surajpur but they don't have any. They used to give your work to local vendors who will create manually NO FACTORY FINISH. They will NEVER show you the products that they are putting for your work because quotation they will give for Century marine ply wood and Greenlam but actually they will be using cheap quality.
There only objective is to extract money from you and once they will receive the money then they will show there real face.

Quality of the materials hardware used is great. Finishing is good as well. Have seen it personally when the work was under progress. Dedicated and friendly people.
I will highly Recommend this place.

see the comments and profile of the people giving them giving them 5* ratings you will understand how there rating is high. So don't go by the ratings as it is managed by media handler that they have. He used to use all the labours and employees phone and gmail account to do so.
Biggest frauds i have ever met in my life.
They don't deserve a single star too.
Highly unprofessional.
Show you dreams that they don't have capability to fulfill.
Charge you for material of best quality and then put other stuff of low grade.
Doesn't understand the work. They are so mismanaged that there designers and the actual workers are not in sync.
They claim to do work with machines but actually they are doing all the work with manual carpenters. Quality of the products is so pathetic that you will be very dis-appointed.
They will only ask for money again and again without delivering anything. If you once paid them then they will neither deliver you the products nor they will refund.
If you will ask them to show the material that they bought for you after half payment they will never show you.
I have attached the images of what they showed me and what they actually build for TV pannel. Dressing table never reached to me and money is also kept.
Bed they said they cannot make and they will not refund the amount of that too. Overall in 69500 rupees they just delivered two boxes that are lying on floor.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have paid advance of rs 8000 prior to lockdown for wood work. However, no work was done on account of lockdown. Further, due to lockdown possession of my flat got delayed. This year we manage ro get possession of our home. We decided not to go with decor 99 on account of poor reviews . However, when we requested for refund of 8000, she start talking badly and even switched off her mobile. Since no work was done and she kept our money for almost one year and had earned interest and as a professional she should have refunded our principal amount. This was highly unprofessional and i request others please be cautious .
