★ ★ ★ ★ ★ VERY POOR AFTER SELL SERVICE OF DECORA.I HAVE PURCHASED A DOUBLE BED FROM DECORA JAMNAGAR ONE YEAR AGO.BUT AFTER 4-5 MONTHS ITS START INFECTED BY INSECTS AND WORMS .BUT THE SALESMAN MR SAMEER GUARANTEED ME THAT THE WOOD WILL NOT BE INFECTED BY THE INSECTS AND WORMS.AND IF IT WILL THEN THE COMPANY WILL REPLACE THE BED.
NOW I AM CONTACTING THE DECORA AND SALESMAN MR SAMEER SINCE LAST 3-4 MONTHS BUT THEY ARE COMPLETELY IGNORING ME.
I WANT TO FILE A COMPLAINT AGAINST THE COMPANY THROUGH CONSUMER FORUM .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So we bought a couch set from Decora and have made a previous purchase here years back. Their customer service is extremely poor and there are hidden costs that were never discussed at the time of purchase. We were not told through the whole process that there will be transportation costs we will have to pay. Its a minimal amount and we have no issues paying it but its the lack of communication from Decora to us in regards to this thats disappointing. If ur purchasing from here then please be ready for sudden costs. When discussed with the owner, i was told that they have boards around the store stating this but how is a customer expected to read " boards" hung in the store. Disappointing and a lack of customer service.
