We consulted many local designers and contractors to no avail. The kind of home we imagined was different from what the contractors and designers had in mind. Finally, we got to know about Decorpot. From knowing Decorpot to getting hold of our completed home, our journey was smooth. We cordially thank Decorpot for making our home an exceptional one.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would like to share my experience with Decorpot; we have started designing and planning in August 2020. My project code 1101. Meantime, my google reviews might be removed by Decorpot. Consider this is a very important warning so others cannot suffer like me. And I would request to you all please share it.
It started with the sales phase when the sales guy(Kevin Abraham) promised a seamless experience. Kevin is smart from a sales perspective and a completely #unethical person. After the initial payment, things flipped like anything.
#interiordesign they assigned one designer Anjali Sharma. I don't know whether she knows the design properly. Even half of the design did by another firm from my hometown (they did really a great job and awesome ppl) and I have provided those all details to the designer then also she unable to illustrate things properly. finally based on all inputs somehow she able to complete the design but estimation was another #funny thing she missed almost 30 items in the estimation and we have to chase her to add the same in estimation. such a #painful thing.

The lack of coordination issue and no one will look how the work is getting progress and unexpected resignation of Project manager, Site supervisor, designer. so work getting delayed and no one is there to help us. And the best part is no one will answer your calls and messages.
We have made the full payment but still work is getting delayed because their employees left the organisation. And carpenters never follow the #interiordesign they will do things based on their idea. I don't understand why they prepared the designs and renders even if you asked the worker they will give a response like "If you have any concerns, you can talk to #Decorpot or the Project manager (luckily these ppl never answer calls)" I think carpenters also know office people will never respond to your call, mails, and messages. I think it's a #Fraud organisation to loot money.
I recommend to you all #never go for #Decorpot; you will suffer like anything and start to curse yourself. I have added my project details here project code - 1101
It's a #nightmare and we don't know when it will complete

Then the service is impeccable, production and the installation were managed smoothly by the project managers, in case, you flag any issue, it is attended immediately. Had a great experience overall.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had worst experience with decorpot that I won’t recommend anyone to choose this company for their interior work for home. Starting from the designing part they don’t have good designing skills and they try to fool the clients by taking all the money in advance so that we as customers become stuck with them. Even they don’t take the timelines seriously even after pushing so hard from our side they didn’t complete our interiorz work on time. Their services are very pathetic, you keep on following up for each and everything and in response you get nothing. They are not at all professional, am not sure how they handle multiple clients when they are not able to handle even one client. They never take the accountability of any task done. They design something else they deliver something else. They do cheating on the width or height of the storage provided.
And when they being caught they even don’t accept their mistake or don’t even try to rectify it.
I don’t see a single good thing in these 60 days time period involved during the interior work.
One perfect word for this company will be disappointment. And if you have lot of money to waste then you can opt it otherwise beware of this fake company. Don’t get fooled by their experience centre, they are unable to deliver that quality in the project. They charge very unreasonable price even for small work. Please Don’t spoil your interior work by choosing decorpot.
I am writing this with hope that somebody else’s dream house gets saved from the disasters of Decorpot. It’s very hard for me to describe the unprofessionalism I have to face after paying my money to Decorpot.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We strongly recommend Decorpot for design and execution of home interiors. We only have positive things to say about our entire experience. They are extremely professional and they make efforts to understand what your requirements and taste is like. They worked on every change we requested during the design phase, and understood our vision. We never really expected the end result to look like the 3D renderings they created, but now we can say it looks even better. Their communication throughout the execution phase was simply outstanding. We got updates every single day, so the progress was really visible, and we could request changes. It’s now a year post-handover and we have no complaints about any of the work they executed for us and it's thanks to them.

On comparing them with other competitors we found their quote for the value of money and went ahead with them. The project finished in the timeline they mentioned and overall we have a positive impression of Decorpot Whitefield team.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went in on a Sunday morning to sketch a few rough quote for the interiors of my new apartment I haven’t got the interiors done yet with them so this review is purely related to the initial interaction I had , I will add/modify this review if at all I ho ahead with them and get the interiors done.
So the met with Tushar who was very calm and knowledgeable also was kind enough to answer all of our questions as we had a lit of them related to the interiors. Also had a tour of their samples and got our initial quotation according to out preference. The price point looks good compared to other players in the market like bonito and livspace who operate at Much higher rates.
So far the experience has been good, but will decide whether to move ahead with decorpot or not.
