★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was really a bad decision to hire Decor Labs to set up our office, overall experience has been really worst and after 6 months
we are still struggling with some unfinised work. They have given us a tough time and we are fed up with the follow ups.
Quality of work - Quality of work is not upto the mark and we can see lots of patches and rough finishing for the work.They missed out on the detailing
and now we are suffering with that on daily basis. Main door of our cabin is so heavy and large that it needs efforts to open it.
Reception table have made in such a way that our computer doesn't fit into that. We hire an expert team of architects so that they can give us the right suggestion,
but here after paying a good amount of money we are still struggling with the quality of work.
Over Commitement - Just to take a work from you they will over-commit lots of things to you but wont fulfill their promises once they get the work from you, but by that time you are already in trap.
On time payments - One mistake we did and that is releasing all their payments and due to which they lost the interst in completing our pending work. We continuously chased them for more than 3 months to finish the pending work
but they kept giving us an excuse like - labour problem and some unfortunate event at their end but at the same time their other new sites were operational. Also, they asked the payments of the pending work (Labour charges) which were already included in the lumpsum payments we have made to them.
They said its been a long time now and they will treat it as a new work. Which I think is really unprofessional.
