★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good collection but really bad experience. Showed us materials which were expired/ discontinued by the fabric company. We came to know the next day when they called and said it isn't available after taking our order the previous day. Experienced this twice.

They ask you if you are going to buy or you are just looking around, if you say later then boom, they will treat you like they are doing a favor on you. To the owners, please make your executives understand that customer visit the store to look around first and may come back to buy later after comparing prices, your sales executive made me remove you from my options list. They have good variety of curtains.

Over which very bad staff who despite repeated very poor work only want to focus on making money and no focus on customer satisfaction. Even after repeated attempts they could not repair the damage they caused and now am getting it done from someone outside. Even to that they are creating issues. PLZ AVOID SUFFERING LIKE ME...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Decotex is located on the Thane Ghodbunder highway . The service road and highway intersection is in front of Decotex making it an ideal place to park the vehicle and shop without worries of being your vehicle taken away by traffic police.
The store is quite spacious which is divided in two parts. It is centrally air-conditioned with soothing lighting effects achieved by mixing natural light in the frontal section.
The ambience is very nice here.
There is a lot of verities of furnishing here.
It is equipped with nicely and decoratively maintained wash rooms.
