★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My experience with deco wood was very bad as I was sent bad quality veneer sheets and on top of that, the customer service was rotten as I was given dates a few times for a site visit to check what might have gone wrong with the veneer but no one showed up or even had the etiquettes to cancel or reschedule the appointment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Be careful while dealing with this shop and suggest to avoid if possible. The sales guy named Gulshan is liar. He pretended that online payment not received and hold the goods in transit. He insisted to pay again, thus paid twice. But later found out thru bank that payment was already credited to their account 15 days back and these guys were making excuses not to refund the money extra paid. Finally, get this refunded after warning of an FIR. If they want to earn quick money, I think there are other short cuts available, they should try those, rather than using such tactics. Bad experience.
