Worst ever service centre. Pathetic experience.

Customer has to stay behind workers for everything else workers don't do well at all.
Washing facility is not good and even they don't wash the car properly.
Service advisor doesn't even give proper guidance.

If you compare experienced vs SAS hundai lucknow this service centre will not stand any where.. surprised how hundai can changed his parameters at different places.

But location, approach are awkward and a busy service station

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It took 6 hours for a general service, was informed they can take 6 months for trim part delivery, polish not available with them after washing.
Boot door stopped working after service was informed to spend one more day with them to get it repairedd.
Staff is not aware of the term customer service.
